Hi, I’m Chrissy Basso — founder of The She Within — and I believe the next chapter of your life can be the best one yet.
But I didn’t always believe that for myself.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all: a six-figure career, a beautiful home, a life that seemed perfectly organized. But behind closed doors, I was crumpled on my living room floor, heartbroken after my 27-year marriage ended, disconnected from my joy, and wondering who I even was anymore.
That breakdown became my breakthrough. Not the glossy, Instagram-perfect kind, but the raw, messy, deeply human kind. Step by step, I rebuilt my life from the inside out. I leaned on my faith, discovered practices that healed my heart, and reconnected with my creativity and soul. And that’s when I found her — my She Within.
She is the still, small voice inside every woman.
She’s your encourager and truth-teller, the part of you that knows exactly who you were created to be. You hear her in those “I want that” moments, the gentle “Why not me?” questions, and even in the pangs of longing. She isn’t here to judge you — she’s here to guide you toward what’s possible, reminding you that your desires are not random… they’re signposts leading you home.
Now, through The She Within, I help women like you uncover and reawaken your own She Within — the part of you that’s still alive and waiting beneath the surface. Together, we peel back the layers of “shoulds” and “not enoughs,” clear away the noise, and open the door to the woman you were always meant to be.
